In this role you will

• Sell company’s testOps Products and related service portfolio
• Win new customers for our products with a focus on the DACH market
• Develop a sales plan to exceed set goals
• Identify potential business opportunities in a proactive manner and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers
• Drive the sales cycles from initial contact to deal closing. Working closely with marketing and delivery team to present tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of customers
• Lead customer meetings, product demos and presentations, and negotiation processes to close new deals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and products

Your qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales background within software products and/or services, ideally in new customer acquisition
• High level of self-motivation and self-initiative
• Strong ability to communicate with all levels of individuals
• Independent time management & strong work ethic
• Experience of KPI & Target attainment
• Fluent in German and English

• Good network of contacts in DACH Region
• Understand software delivery processes and QA role in them
• Understand how iterative software development processes work

According to § 9 Para. 2 GIBG, the minimum collective salary is EUR 52 136,00 gross per annum, plus performance-based commission. We are more than willing to offer a higher payment to potential candidates according to their qualification, trainings and work experience they possess.
