In this role you will
- Sell company’s testOps Products and related service portfolio
- Win new customers for our products with a focus on the DACH market
- Develop a sales plan to exceed set goals
- Identify potential business opportunities in a proactive manner and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Drive the sales cycles from initial contact to deal closing. Working closely with marketing and delivery team to present tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of customers
- Lead customer meetings, product demos and presentations, and negotiation processes to close new deals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and products
Your qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales background within software products and/or services, ideally in new customer acquisition
- High level of self-motivation and self-initiative
- Strong ability to communicate with all levels of individuals
- Independent time management & strong work ethic
- Experience of KPI & Target attainment
- Fluent in German and English
We consider it as a plus
- Good network of contacts in DACH Region
- Understand software delivery processes and QA role in them
- Understand how iterative software development processes work

According to § 9 Para. 2 GIBG, the minimum collective salary is EUR 52 136,00 gross per annum, plus performance-based commission. We are more than willing to offer a higher payment to potential candidates according to their qualification, trainings and work experience they possess.
