In this role you will

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity 
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and products

Your qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent English and German

We consider it as a plus

  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer support role

According to § 9 Para. 2 GIBG, the minimum collective salary is EUR 32 900, 00 gross per annum. We are more than willing to offer a higher salary to potential candidates according to their qualification, trainings and work experience they possess.
